The restaurant , located in a side street, is an innovative fast-food concept with a focus on pizza and modern street food .
The concept
The restaurant's name is a tribute to the old chef , whose distinctive mustache ("Mustasch") served to establish the restaurant's identity – not only in name but also in design. ED Interior Design developed the entire concept from scratch – from the initial idea to the final planning. The original, traditional elements from the old master's kitchen were deliberately aesthetically referenced but not preserved. Instead, a completely new atmosphere was created: an industrially inspired look combined with warm materials, modern lighting design, and functional spatial organization.
This is where history meets the present – and culinary pragmatism meets architectural precision. The project is scheduled for completion in 2023, with our team supervising the entire construction on-site.
